Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai

During our check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who efficiently processed our arrival. Madeline, one of the hotel representatives, were great too make our check-in a good experience. She provided us with valuable information about the hotel facilities and even took the time to explain the nearby attractions at the Marriott hotel Al Jaddaf location. The security staff and doorman were also helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was excellent, with amenities like an espresso machine, made our stay even better. we were impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of the entire team at Sheraton Grand Hotel.

The room had an amazing view of the city lights. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was always kept clean. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake and sang a song.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury and exclusivity. the service provided by the staff is exceptional, showing a great attention to detail and personalized attention. the Spa & wellness center, complete with Sauna, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Solarium. the Rooftop Pool has fantastic views and is a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the sun. In-room breakfast is sumptuous, and the Poolside snack bar offers delicious options. the rooms are not only spacious but also have exclusive amenities that make the stay unforgettable.

Our family vacation was a delightful experience at a hotel near the airport. The hotel location is quite accessible from the metro and has easy access to World Trade Center. The bedrooms were clean, quiet, and equipped with excellent lightings. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly, and prompt with services like printing tickets. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the Sheraton Club offered a variety of snacks 24/7. The rooftop pool and view were impressive.

There were some minor glitches reported with the bathroom design.

The newest and freshest hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road, this hotel was the ideal luxury accommodation for my business trip. Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai, the Sheraton Grand Hotel provided a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and a great breakfast selection.

The one service that I missed for my work was the unreliable internet connection in the room, which affected my ability to work efficiently.

I always choose this place for my stay. First time, staff helped with my elderly parents; it stuck with me. It suits me perfectly, has Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, pool, dining, and more. Coming back for Easter.

The meeting rooms at Sheraton Grand are perfect for my company's gatherings, and the Sheraton Club offers complimentary goodies on the 31st floor. The Soul Wellness & Spa is a tranquil haven for rejuvenation.

Oh, I just loved everything about my stay! Couldn't find a single thing to complain about.
